  • Regular machine repair and maintenance on a variety of groundskeeping equipment, including mower setup and quality control
  • Execute the preventative maintenance program

  • Hydraulic systems
  • Electrical troubleshooting
  • Maintenance & repair of battery-operated equipment including golf carts, utility vehicles and fully electric large-area mowers
  • Reel mower grinding and setup for precision mowing down to 1/10th of an inch

Don’t have all of these? That’s ok, just bring a positive attitude & a willingness to learn and we will teach you the rest!

The mechanic is a key position within the leadership Team of the Grounds Department. As much as we are growing grass, and you would be maintaining machines, we are also growing people. We are looking for someone with a desire to help grow out younger Team Members and provide them with experience that will help them wherever their future working careers may take them.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 annual salary, based on experience
