Advertising Packages

The BCGSA offers a package rate for advertising on the BCGSA Website, in the yearly Membership Roster, and in the Spring, Summer and Winter issue of the DogWood magazine. This package inclues:

• 1 Full Coloured Rotating Ad on the BCGSA Website which includes a business card with a link to your website, in addition to being listed in the "Industry Section" of our website showing your business card (also includes a link to your site)
• 1 Full Page Black & White Ad in the Roster (4" x 7")
• 1 Half Page Black & White Ad in Spring DogWood Issue (3 1/2" x 9" OR 7 1/2" x 4")
• 1 Half Page Black & White Ad in Summer DogWood Issue (3 1/2" x 9" OR 7 1/2" x 4")
• 1 Half Page Black & White Ad in Winter DogWood Issue (3 1/2" x 9" OR 7 1/2" x 4")

Price: $980.00 per Year (payable by May 1st of each year)
Price: $1190.00 per Year to upgrade to 3 full page black/white ads in DogWood

The DogWood Advertising Space

The DogWood magazine is approximately 40 - 50 pages, produced on an 8½ inch X 11 inch glossy page and is published in the spring, summer, and fall.   Distribution of the magazine to over 350 British Columbia golf courses, related industry and select representatives of allied associations. The advertising rates for the magazine are as follows:

Circulation: All BCGSA members and select representatives in the Canadian Superintendents Assn., US Golf Assn., Western Canada Turfgrass Assn., BC Golf Assn., National Golf Course Owners Assn., other provincial associations, as well as new golf courses and industry.

Membership Roster Advertising Rates

The 2012 Membership Roster Publication date: May, 2012.

The annual Membership Roster is our main publication and features valuable contact information for all Superintendents and Industry Representatives within the BCGSA.   The 2012 Roster size will be 4” X 7” and is approximately 90-100 pages. All advertisers who have advertised in the past year have a first come first serve basis on their current advertising space if they confirm by December 31, 2011.  Coloured ads are available for full-page ads only and the prices would be double the amount quoted. The 2011 Membership Roster Publication date is May, 2012.    The advertising rates for the BCGSA 2012 Membership Roster are as follows:

Website Advertising Rates

Each advertisement must be 120 pixels x 300 pixels (approximately 1 inch x 3 inches as viewed on the monitor) and will randomly rotate in the right hand margin of the homepage. You can either supply an ad in this size and format or we would be happy to make one up for you.

Links are now made directly from the advertisement, opening up a business card for your company (complete with website link and email), as well as a link to your company website being placed in the "industry" section of our homepage. For an example, just click on any of the company ads on this page.
